COVID 19 UPDATE:
To ensure a safe care environment, South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital will continue to follow all CDC and local community guidelines as we have since the start of the COVID 19 pandemic. We will continue to require universal masking for everyone entering our building and screening of all staff and visitors.
Effective Wednesday, March 10th, the hospital will expand our current process from 1 designated visitor for all inpatients to now include 1 designated visitor to be allowed in the pre-op and post-op holding areas. All designated visitors will wear a band received in the front lobby once they have passed the screening process, as is the current process. Anyone in the building will continue to follow all of our screening/masking guidelines.
Our goal is to still limit as much exposure as possible and everyone will continue to follow social distancing. Thank you for your patience and we appreciate everyone’s diligence in doing the right thing for our physicians, our community and yourselves.
