Quality Assurance Performance Improvement
The Role of Quality Director Consists of:
- Collects, compiles, and analyzes data for the clinical team
- Identifies performance improvement opportunities
- Implements improvement strategies
- Provides educational activities for clinical staff
- Works with staff to improve the patient experience
- Submits required data to regulatory organizations
Patient Population:
The patient population served by South Texas Spine & Surgical
Hospital is a minimum of 12 years and/or of adult stature to
geriatric patients requiring or seeking pain and/or surgical
intervention.
Hours of Operation:
The Quality Director is available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
