Quality Assurance Performance Improvement

The Role of Quality Manager Consists of:

  • Collects, compiles and analyzes data for the clinical team
  • Identifies performance improvement opportunities
  • Implements improvement strategies
  • Provides educational activities for clinical staff
  • Works with staff to improve the patient experience
  • Submits required data to regulatory organizations

Patient Population:

The patient population served by South Texas Spine & Surgical
Hospital is a minimum of 12 years and/or of adult stature to
geriatric patients requiring or seeking pain and/or surgical
intervention.

Hours of Operation:

The Quality Manager is available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
